All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. All orders will be taken, processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) and during business hours 9-6pm CST, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders take 2 business days to process before they are shipped out, therefore please add processing time to total transit time. Should you have any question regarding the status of your order, you simply log back on www.morphocosmetics.com, reenter the password you used to create your account with us and you can check the status of your order.
We are sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the continental U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please email us at service@morphocosmetics.com and we will be happy to assist you.
PRE-SELL ITEMS
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. You will be charged for the item at the time of order. Anticipated shipment time (i.e. “Available for shipping in mid-February”) is indicated on the site near the product information. Dates are subject to change. Thank you for your patience.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than four (4) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. If you have any questions please email us at service@morphocosmetics.com..
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your Morpho Cosmetics purchase, we will accept exchanges or returned products that are less than 25% consumed and within 30 days of receipt. Please include your purchase receipt and order confirmation number. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your exchange or return via UPS or insured Parcel Post to the address below. We're sorry, shipping and handling fees on returns non-refundable.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 full business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States . An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased on morphocosmetics.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Products purchased at one of our retail locations should be returned to the location at which they were purchased.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-877-6MORPHO.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to Illinois (where we are headquartered). Illinois state law requires tax to be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S. , sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.
